How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed and verified within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is processed, along with a tracking number once it ships.
When will my order arrive?
• U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after processing.
• International Orders: Delivery may take 7–20 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by inclement weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Beauty Gate Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or conditions beyond our control.
We recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or extended transit issues.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to add, remove, or change any items or shipping details. Please ensure your order and address are correct before checkout.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page. If it has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes or issue refunds.
Do you offer insurance for lost or stolen packages?
Yes. We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. If selected, it covers lost or stolen packages.
If insurance is not selected, Beauty Gate Cosmetics is not liable for packages marked as delivered or delayed in transit.

We ship worldwide. Please allow 7–20 business days for international delivery.
