Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we offer limited returns and do not issue refunds for used or opened products.

Return Eligibility
We offer a 10-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered. To qualify:
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
• Returns must be requested and approved prior to sending anything back

Unapproved returns or items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygienic standards and product integrity, we do not accept returns on the following:
• Opened or used personal care items (hair care, skincare, oils, etc.)
• Sale items or discounted bundles
• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Perishable goods or flammable materials

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return your item for store credit or a refund and place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
