Beauty Gate Cosmetics Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale transactions between Beauty Gate Cosmetics (“Supplier,” “we,” “our”) and wholesale buyers (“Buyer,” “you”) through Faire or any other approved sales platform. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed upon acceptance and subject to product availability.

• Once an order is in production or packed, cancellations may not be possible.

• We reserve the right to hold or reject new orders in the event of unresolved issues with previous shipments (such as unpaid customs or delivery refusals).

 

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees.

• Payment is processed securely through Faire or other agreed-upon platforms.

• Any promotional pricing or discounts are subject to change at our discretion.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery 

 We partner with trusted carriers to ensure secure delivery.

• All wholesale shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery. This helps protect the integrity of high-value orders and ensures safe receipt.

• Buyers are responsible for confirming that shipping and delivery information is accurate and that someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

• If no one is available at the time of delivery or the package is refused, the buyer assumes all liability. Carrier fees related to missed deliveries, storage, or returns may be passed on to the buyer.

• Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.

 

5. Section 5: Customs Duties, Import Fees & Delivery Requirements

• International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related fees imposed by their destination country.

• Beauty Gate Cosmetics is not liable for delays, returns, or losses resulting from unpaid import charges or customs holds.

• All shipments require signature confirmation. Buyers must ensure someone is available to sign for the package during the delivery window.

If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to:

• Unpaid import/customs fees

• Unavailability for signature upon delivery

• Missed delivery attempts

…the buyer assumes full responsibility for any resulting costs or losses. Refunds will not be issued for undelivered packages under these conditions. Reshipments, if approved, may incur additional shipping and handling fees.

• International retailers must coordinate directly with the shipping carrier to recover or reschedule delivery.

Since orders are fulfilled via the Faire platform, our ability to engage with the carrier on your behalf is limited. We strongly recommend contacting the carrier as soon as a delivery issue arises. 

As a courtesy, our shipping manager monitors all shipments and will notify retailers of any concerns.

 

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Shipments

• Once an order is marked as delivered or three delivery attempts have been made, Beauty Gate Cosmetics considers the shipment fulfilled.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to respond promptly to customs notices or carrier communications.

• We are not liable for delays or loss due to inaction on the buyer’s part.

 

7. Returns & Claims

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives defective or damaged.

• Claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery and include supporting photos.

 

8. Backorders

• If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you of the estimated restock date or offer a suitable replacement.

• Buyers may choose to wait for fulfillment or adjust the order.

 

9. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, names, formulations, and brand assets are the property of Beauty Gate Cosmetics.

• Products may not be altered, relabeled, or resold under another brand without written permission.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

• Our goal is to resolve all matters professionally and fairly.

• If a dispute arises, please contact us directly at wholesale@beautygatecosmetics.com.

• In unresolved cases, Faire’s dispute resolution policies may apply.

 

11. Policy Updates

• Beauty Gate Cosmetics reserves the right to update or revise these terms without prior notice.

• The most recent version will be made available through our Faire storefront or website.

 

12. Outstanding Orders & Shipping Holds

To maintain smooth operations and fairness to all of our retail partners, Beauty Gate Cosmetics reserves the right to place a hold on future orders if there are any of the following:

Unpaid invoices

Unresolved delivery issues

Shipments pending due to unpaid customs or import duties

Refused deliveries or missed signature confirmations resulting in returned packages

No future orders will be shipped until all outstanding matters are fully resolved. This includes packages that have been refused, abandoned, or held due to non-payment of fees or lack of an available recipient at the delivery location.
